Features: This structure had to fit the design criteria of an adjacent residential community, while matching an existing childcare building located on the site.
Interior: Painted sheetrock interior walls, suspended T-grid 9’ ceilings with recessed lights, painted wood interior doors and window trim, 28 ounce nylon carpeting.
Exterior: Painted lap concrete-exterior siding, archictural shingle 5/12 pitch site-built roof with 16” eaves, large covered front porch over entry doors.
